Who We Are

Orlando Pool Installation Pros is a local team that designs and builds new inground pools across Central Florida. Pools are not a side line for us — they are the whole business. We do not remodel kitchens, pour driveways, or build additions. Every project we take on is a new inground pool, and that single focus means we have seen just about everything Florida yards can throw at a build: high water tables in Kissimmee, limestone shelves in Clermont, tight zero-lot-line access in Lake Nona, and HOA boards with very specific opinions about screen enclosures.

Being pool-only matters in ways homeowners feel directly. Our crews know how to read sandy soil before the dig. We know which finishes hold up under eleven months of Florida sun and which ones fade by year three. We know the permit offices in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Lake counties by name, and we know what each one wants to see in a submittal so approvals do not stall. A general contractor who builds two pools a year cannot match that — the details live in repetition.

How We Work

Design first, always. Every project starts with your yard and how your family actually swims — not with a catalog of shapes we want to sell. We measure the lot, check setbacks and easements, look at sun angles and drainage, and talk through real use: kids learning to swim, teenagers cannonballing, adults doing laps, grandparents floating with a book. Then we build a 3D design so you see the pool, the deck, and the equipment layout before anything is decided. You approve the design before we pull a permit.

One project at a time per crew. We do not stack five digs in a week and bounce crews between them. Your project gets a dedicated crew that stays until its phase is done. That is how timelines stay honest — when we tell you the dig happens Tuesday, the dig happens Tuesday.

Clean job sites. Pool construction is messy by nature — there is no way to excavate without dirt. But there is a difference between necessary mess and a sloppy site. We fence the work area, protect your existing landscaping where we can, keep materials organized, and do a full cleanup at the end of every workday. Your neighbors notice, and in HOA communities, that matters.

Plain-language communication. You will know what is happening, when, and why. Before each phase we tell you what to expect — the noise, the trucks, the timeline. If weather or a permit delay moves the schedule, you hear it from us first, not by wondering why nobody showed up. At startup, we walk you through your equipment pad piece by piece: pump, filter, salt system, automation, and what each setting does. You should understand your pool on day one, not after a month of guessing.

Honest about fit. If your yard cannot take the pool you want — too small, too wet, too tight for equipment access — we will tell you, and we will show you what does work. If fiberglass fits your budget better than gunite, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than build the wrong pool.

What We Believe About Pools

A pool is one of the biggest checks a homeowner writes, and it is permanent — you cannot return concrete. So we believe the process should feel careful, not rushed. We believe in written quotes with line items you can actually read, not lump-sum numbers you have to take on faith. We believe the crew that digs your yard should treat it like their own, because in a very real sense, your neighbors are watching and your HOA is keeping score.

We also believe a pool should be built for the way Florida actually works. That means bonding and grounding done right in the lightning capital of the country. It means coping and decking that will not burn bare feet in August. It means equipment sized for the pool — not oversized to pad the invoice, not undersized to win the bid. And it means a salt system, variable-speed pump, and automation discussed honestly: what each one costs, what each one saves, and which ones your family will actually use.

Finally, we believe in answering the phone — or in our case, the form. When you write to us, a real person reads it and a real person replies. No call centers, no lead brokers, no handoffs to strangers. The team you meet at the consultation is the team that builds your pool.

Start With a Conversation

The best next step is simple: tell us about your yard and what you are dreaming of. Fill out the contact form with your city, yard size, which pool type interests you, your budget range, and whether you have an HOA. We will respond personally — usually within one business day — and schedule your free design consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you a general contractor or a pool builder?

We are a pool-focused team. New inground pool design and construction is our entire business — we do not do remodels, additions, or other general contracting work. That focus means our crews, our permitting knowledge, and our material choices are all built around pools specifically.

Do you work with HOAs?

Yes, regularly. Most Orlando-area subdivisions require architectural review board approval before a pool permit is issued. We prepare the site plans, renderings, and documentation HOAs ask for and submit them as part of the project so approvals do not delay your build.

Which areas do you serve?

We build throughout the Orlando metro and Central Florida, including Winter Park, Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka, Ocoee, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Oviedo, Winter Springs, Clermont, St. Cloud, Maitland, Casselberry, Longwood, Deltona, Winter Garden, Windermere, Lake Nona, Conway, Doctor Phillips, and Celebration. Nearby areas are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Will you tell me if my yard is not right for a pool?

Yes. If setbacks, easements, water table, access, or lot size make a pool impractical — or make the pool you want a bad fit — we will tell you straight and show you what does work. We would rather be honest upfront than build something you regret.
