Pool Construction
The core of what we do: new inground pools built for Central Florida soil, weather, and code. Choose your construction type, or let us help you decide during the free design consultation.
- Inground Pool Installation — Complete new-pool builds from design through startup. If you are starting from a bare backyard, this is where every project begins: site evaluation, 3D design, permits, construction, and handoff.
- Gunite Pool Installation — Sprayed-concrete pools in any shape or size. Maximum design freedom, the toughest long-life finishes (quartz and pebble), and the most common premium choice in Central Florida.
- Fiberglass Pool Installation — Pre-formed shells set by crane in 3 to 6 weeks. Smooth, low-maintenance gelcoat surface and the fastest path from contract to cannonball — ideal when the yard and the mold line up.
- Vinyl Liner Pool Installation — Steel or polymer walls with a custom vinyl liner. The most affordable way into an inground pool, with soft surfaces and plenty of pattern choices — best when budget leads the decision.
Design and Specialty Pools
Not every backyard wants — or fits — a standard rectangle. These are the designs and specialties for smaller lots, statement backyards, and families with specific ways of swimming.
- Custom Pool Design — The design-first service behind every build: site measurement, setback and HOA analysis, 3D renderings, and equipment planning before a single permit is pulled.
- Pool and Spa Combos — An attached spa spillover into the pool: hot therapy in January, a waterfall feature in July, and one equipment pad running both. The most popular upgrade we build.
- Plunge Pool Installation — Compact, deep pools for cooling off and relaxing when the yard cannot fit — or does not need — a full-size pool. Big comfort in a small footprint.
- Infinity Edge Pools — Vanishing-edge designs where the waterline melts into the horizon. A precision build for lakefront lots and elevated yards with a view worth framing.
- Swim Spa Installation — A powerful current to swim against in a fraction of the space of a lap pool. Year-round exercise and therapy for smaller yards and fitness-focused families.
Finishing Systems
The details that decide how a pool looks, feels, and runs for the next twenty years. Every one of these can be built into a new project from day one.
- Pool Decking and Patios — Pavers, textured concrete, and travertine chosen for Florida heat — surfaces that stay comfortable underfoot in August and drain fast in a downpour.
- Pool Lighting — LED systems that turn the pool into the backyard's evening centerpiece: color-changing shows for parties, soft white for quiet nights, and safer swimming after dark.
- Pool Automation Systems — Run pump, heater, salt system, lights, and water features from your phone. Set schedules once and let the system handle the daily work — lower energy bills included.
How Pricing Works
Broad Orlando-market ranges: vinyl liner pools typically $40,000–$55,000, fiberglass $55,000–$75,000, and gunite $65,000–$100,000+, with spas, screen enclosures, premium finishes, and extensive decking adding from there. Every yard and design differs — the written quote is the real number. No website can price your pool sight unseen, and we will not pretend to. The free design consultation exists to give you the actual number for your actual yard.
Start With the Design
Every service above starts the same way: a free consultation, a yard walk, a 3D design, and a written quote. Send the form and tell us your city, yard size, which pool type interests you, your budget range, and whether you have an HOA — we will take it from there.
